Prof. Avv. Federico Dinelli graduated in legal studies before completing a Masters in law, both with honours, from the Faculty of Law at the University of Roma Tre. After winning two doctoral research competitions in Administrative Law (at the universities of Roma Tre and Roma La Sapienza, respectively), Federico gained a PhD from the University of Roma Tre in 2011.
In 2010, after completing his professional internship at the State Attorney General′s Office and passing the bar exam at Rome′s Court of Appeal, Federico began practicing law.
After winning a public-sector employment competition, he began working as a researcher in administrative law at the Department of Law at the University of Roma Tre in 2012. Having been invited as a speaker to numerous conferences, both national and international (Santiago de Compostela, Beijing, Coimbra in Portugal), Federico has also authored a variety of publications on substantive and procedural administrative law.
In 2013, Federico co-founded the Gruner Dinelli Law Firm, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of administrative law.
In 2016, he became a Supreme Court lawyer after passing the relevant state exam regarding law no. 1003/1936, regulated by Royal Decree 1482.
In 2021, having participated in a public employment competition, Federico took up the position of associate professor of administrative law at Pegaso Telematic University.
In June 2023, the Studio Legale Dinelli law firm was founded.
